The Opportunity
Haemata was engaged to assist Te Māngai Pāho in developing a new organisational structure and assisting in the development of job documentation and consultation process. Haemata undertakes this work using a systems approach.
Our Response
Haemata utlised organisational models undertaking an organisational diagnostic and our change management practice to successfully guide Te Mānagi Pāho in implementing a revised organisational structure.
The Outcome
A new organisational structure was implemented with supporting systems and practices developed to complement the changes.
The Conclusion
Haemata's approach is based on complementing the capability and capacity that exits within the organisation. Our approach is bespoke and adapted for the culture of the organisation we work with.
