Our website portal allows our customers to make secure payment via credit card. In the ‘Make Payment’ section, please enter your card details (including the three-digit security code on the back). Click ‘Submit Payment’ to process payment.
For schools and other educational institutions, payment by cheque is possible. Please note, however, that the order will not be processed until the cheque has been received and cleared.
For all our customers we offer the ability to direct credit into our nominated bank account (Haemata Tapui Limited – 02 0488 0058483 00). Deposits should be made within three working days of order being placed. If payment is not received within this time frame your order maybe cancelled. When making direct credit payments please enter your surname and order number as the reference.
Within New Zealand:
Product in stock – Allow up to 5 working days.
Product not in stock (in print) – Allow up to 15 working days.
Outside of New Zealand:
Product in stock – Allow up to 15 working days.
Product not in stock (in print) – Allow up to 25 working days.
Goods will be dispatched through New Zealand Post using the standard postage service. The weight and size of your purchase and your location is used to calculate the cost using standard New Zealand Post postage charges. Please contact us directly if you have any special shipping requirements.
Stock, Information, and Prices
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. All the prices shown on this site are GST inclusive. Prices remain valid as published on the web site and we reserve the right to change our prices from time to time.
While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Haemata Ltd will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information contained herein, except where provided for by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Goods in stock are dispatched within three working days following confirmation of order (receipt of payment). If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within three working days, we will contact you by phone or e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. If your order is cancelled, your payment will be refunded in full.
Goods not in stock are dispatched within three working days of arrival from supplier. Delivery times from suppliers differ from supplier to supplier.
Our Returns Policy
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases from the Reostore. If goods purchased are defective or faulty in any way, please notify us immediately. We will exchange the goods in full and cover the associated shipping costs.
Please choose goods carefully as we do not provide refunds because you have changed your mind.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange your goods.
Haemata Ltd will fulfil our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We do not pass on any of your information to anyone else. We will use your personal information only for the purpose you gave it to us. From time to time we may send you product information (including special offers) by email. If at any time in the future, you wish to remove your name from our customer list, please contact us and we will remove you from our list. As required by the Privacy Act 1993 you may also check and correct the accuracy of personal details at any time.
